If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. i went to Gia Monday to get my brows threaded & a lash lift and tint. She missed so many hairs in my eyebrows it’s ridiculous. It was my first time getting a lash lift and tint, which i expressed to her before she started the process. She hardly explained the process or anything to me during my entire time there. My first time at Lotus. Nadia was welcoming and was very helpful with my needs. Her experience and expertise was exceptional threading brows and facial area. I also had my brows tinted and WOW… they looked so natural and beautiful. My prior experience was not done so well. It’s far for me to travel to but all my services worked well and prices were reasonable for me. I will definitely be back. Thank you Nadia.
Nadia did a great job! It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and i was very scared of my eyebrows turning out too thin but she was very nice and respected my wishes!
Nadia did an amazing job on my eyebrows! She really listened to what I wanted, and my brows turned out exactly the way I envisioned. She was incredibly patient, kind, and made the whole experience comfortable. The shop is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. I'm so happy I found my new go-to brow spot. Highly recommend!
Pooja was so sweet and made my first visit to the brow salon such a great experience! She was very welcoming, explained everything throughout the process, and made me feel completely comfortable.
