This review is based on two appointments I had here with Kacie who went above and beyond during my appointments. She was very friendly, patient, and clearly communicated all the details. She gave me a good choice of options that fit in with what I was looking for and she was great to work with. The location is beautiful and they have so many dresses to choose from. My experience at Lotus was great! My stylist, Kacie, took the time to talk through what I wanted and helped me narrow it down until she found the perfect look for me. My dress was everything I wanted!
I had a wonderful experience at Lotus Bridal and it’s where I ended up saying yes to my dress! My stylist, Jessica, was so prepared, helpful, and friendly! She knew many of the dresses I had put in my online lookbook while also being open to me/my party pulling ones in the salon. She listened to me and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Wow. I picked this place because they had great reviews, and they really lived up to their reputation. Consultant: I had Liv helping me out, and she was amazing. This was my first time dress shopping, and she made it so fun and easy, even pulling dresses I was skeptical about but ended up being some of my favorites. She's a wizard!!
