The owner Yogi is rude and inconsiderate to his customers. I made an appointment for 5:15, confirmed with him, showed up and said no one was there to help me. Didn't offer any type of accountability or apology for the situation and when presented with this information he deflected and said he was refusing service to me. This is a grown man in his 60's, do better.
my experience was amazing! i got my nostril pierced, and the person who helped me (i forgot to ask their name, but they had their nostrils and septum pierced) was so patient and nice throughout the whole experience, explaining everything and doing the piercing. there was minimal pain, and it looks amazing! they explained the aftercare and every one of my questions 🩷
the lady is so nice and gentle mine didnt hurt at all. amazing
