An absolute hub of enlightened living. All their practitioners are so wonderful. The venue is ideal for renting for classes as well.
Attended a “food for medicine” class where I learned so much about using foods for medicine. Also have experienced QiGong there and neuro-energy balance therapy. They offer so many health and wellness programs.
