Yesterday I got my manicure done here, and unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the result. Once I got home, I noticed a number of imperfections: the coating on some nails doesn’t look fully neat, and there are spots where the color coverage is incomplete. Had such a great experience, Madina was my nail tech and she did a phenomenal job just so sweet and personable. This was my first ever Russian manicure and she did not disappoint, my cuticles look amazing, would definitely recommend 10/10. Can’t wait for my next appointment.
So professional and high quality work! They are responsible with pricing and just an all around pleasurable experience! I feel like I found a hidden treasure!
I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. I made an appointment a week in advance, but when I showed up there was only one person in there doing nails, so i waited in the nice seating area, to my disappointment a younger girl came out telling me that there was no one to do my lashes and no acknowledgement of my appointment in their log book despite my $20 deposit, and the 30 minutes it took to get there with an uber.
I had such a wonderful experience at Lotus Beauty & Spa! I got my nails, feet, and eyelashes done, and everything turned out absolutely perfect. The staff were so welcoming and professional they really made me feel relaxed and taken care of from start to finish.
