I would give 0 stars if I could. I booked online for an appointment, her policy states she takes 20$ for a deposit. They took 160$ from my account. I reached out to her via text to ask about the situation, no response. I called no call back. I canceled the appointment before the 24 hour window where her policy states deposits are only forfeited if canceled under 24 hours. Still haven’t gotten my 160$ back. She is a thief/scammer.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon! The attention to detail during my Russian manicure was absolutely incredible. My nails have never looked so clean, polished, and flawless. They took their time with every step, made sure the shape was perfect, and gave me exactly what I asked for. All of my nails are different shapes and sizes. Asked to correct during my service and they just kept getting worse. Also made multiple of my cuticles bleed. For an 80 dollar manicure, I expect top quality work and that is not what I received.
