This is one of those stores where it is very easy to walk in planning to browse and walk out with a few treasures. We returned again, this time with my wife and daughter, and they had no trouble finding things they liked. They picked out a couple of necklaces along with some cool small bags, while the rest of the store offered a huge variety of beads, charms, stones, jewelry, and other unique pieces. The Staff was extremely rude stating they didn't want to help. The only one great staff member was the madam in the pink shirt at the register. The rest were rude including the manager.
Lotus Beads and Jewelry is the most magical place at Mall of America, and adorable gem on the 3rd floor North akin to the room of requirement, you find it when you need it! Lotus Beads is also home base for the Peace Ring Project Grande Connection 2026 creating the Longest Peace chain in the world
I visited here from out of town with my boyfriend, and before the mall closed we went in to look around. I ended up at the jade ring bowls and was trying on a few rings, since all of them had no label or size. Even though it was still a few minutes before the mall closed, the employees kept on reminding us that there was so and so minutes till close, which we nodded yes to each time.
