If you’re looking to work with a professional awning company that will show up, be pro-active and follow through with the work, this is not the place. Not sure how big or small the company is, but I only worked with a guy named JohnPaul and the experience has been a drag since the very beginning. It was near impossible to reach him by phone when trying to get a quote for my business awning- I should have taken this as a sign. Class act customer service! I needed my residential awning replaced and it was such a seamless experience!
If I could of giving this business a zero I would of. Awning leaks missing screws began to warp . Don't give MILITARY DISCOUNT OR SENIOR DISCOUNTS . Would not recommend this place
