I always have the best experience with Phoenix! She did my manicure and eyebrow waxing/tinting recently, and everything turned out amazing. She really pays attention to the little details and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. She’s super friendly and makes you feel totally comfortable from the moment you walk in. Hello, I had the experience of having the most amazing head massage by Sophie and a foot massage. Sophie was very professional. She went out of her way to do an extra massage for me as I requested last minute I strongly recommend this Spa the bathroom was very clean and the Spa in general was very clean. I definitely go back in the future when I’m in Kingston.
I had a fantastic manicure today with Sophie! She was very attentive and did an excellent job in making sure I got what I wanted for my nails. The entire experience was very relaxing! Will definitely have my nails done by her again.
I first went when they had just moved to their new location on outer Princess Street. At that time I found the location was less than relaxing only because the treatment room walls did not go all the way to the ceiling. Anything that was happening elsewhere in the spa was easily heard. Tianna is absolutely AMAZING! This is the first time in a long time I haven’t had any burning during or after my lashes it’s such a comfortable space and Tianna has such a warm nature to her 10/10 recommend! I drove 2 hours to see her and will do it again
