Thank you to the whole team at Lotus and Lavender. We book a girls day - Andrea was just so amazing from booking the day and ensuring my mom had accessibility and my teen felt comfortable. Our group was able to unwind, chat, and find quiet . We booked mani/pedi combos plus we each added a massage or facial. It was lovely. Thank you.
today I had a pedicure from Phoenix. It was an amazing experience. First time going to this business. First, I loved the shop. It smells wonderful and is beautifully decorated. Phoenix did an awesome job at treating my foot issues-dry calloused skin and my badly trimmed nails. I couldn't believe how great my toes looked and how good my feet felt at the end of the treatment. Phoenix is knowledgeable about foot health and I appreciated her explaining how to take care of feet and her gentle treatment. I will definitely return.
I had a fantastic manicure today with Sophie! She was very attentive and did an excellent job in making sure I got what I wanted for my nails. The entire experience was very relaxing! Will definitely have my nails done by her again.
Hello, I had the experience of having the most amazing head massage by Sophie and a foot massage. Sophie was very professional. She went out of her way to do an extra massage for me as I requested last minute I strongly recommend this Spa the bathroom was very clean and the Spa in general was very clean. I definitely go back in the future when I’m in Kingston.
I always have the best experience with Phoenix! She did my manicure and eyebrow waxing/tinting recently, and everything turned out amazing. She really pays attention to the little details and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. She’s super friendly and makes you feel totally comfortable from the moment you walk in.
