today I had a pedicure from Phoenix. It was an amazing experience. First time going to this business. First, I loved the shop. It smells wonderful and is beautifully decorated. Phoenix did an awesome job at treating my foot issues-dry calloused skin and my badly trimmed nails. I couldn't believe how great my toes looked and how good my feet felt at the end of the treatment. Phoenix is knowledgeable about foot health and I appreciated her explaining how to take care of feet and her gentle treatment. I will definitely return.
Hello, I had the experience of having the most amazing head massage by Sophie and a foot massage. Sophie was very professional. She went out of her way to do an extra massage for me as I requested last minute I strongly recommend this Spa the bathroom was very clean and the Spa in general was very clean. I definitely go back in the future when I’m in Kingston.
I always have the best experience with Phoenix! She did my manicure and eyebrow waxing/tinting recently, and everything turned out amazing. She really pays attention to the little details and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. She’s super friendly and makes you feel totally comfortable from the moment you walk in. I first went when they had just moved to their new location on outer Princess Street. At that time I found the location was less than relaxing only because the treatment room walls did not go all the way to the ceiling. Anything that was happening elsewhere in the spa was easily heard. I am so glad that I found Andrea @ Lotus & Lavender Spa! I've been seeing Andrea since March 2023 for regular facials, an Indian head massage (glorious!) and a pedicure and I so highly recommend her. She has created a very warm, relaxing and calm environment at her spa, and you can feel the care and warmth she has for her clients. She's like talking to a friend.
