I had a great hydrofacial with Kailynn! I was so impressed with not only how knowledgeable she was about skincare but also how seriously she took some of my skin concerns into consideration. Not only did I feel comfortable through out the entire hydrofacial, but my skin is looking gorgeous! Definitely recommend!
My experience with Jenifer was exceptional from start to finish. The head spa treatment was deeply relaxing, and the upper body massage relieved so much tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. Her technique is both gentle and effective, creating the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. My scalp, shoulders, and neck felt amazing afterward. Truly a five-star service!
Megan is so sweet! She removed my upper piercing, cleaned it and put another earring in for me. It looks and feels much better now. She really saved me! Lotus is such a beautiful salon and a great asset to Pratt!
Melissa and Megan were wonderful! They made me feel so comfortable and taken care of during my appointment. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Lotus or them more.
It’s always a pleasure getting a facial by Kailynn. She is very knowledgeable and personable while maintaining a professional atmosphere. I highly recommend her!!
