Yesterday a group of friends and I came to Lotus and had a great time we were given great service by GM Cola and Devin both did an amazing job taking care of my friends and I also met with a Security Guard name CJ who also did a fantastic job keeping everyone safe all security personnel did a great job checking all patrons for any form of serious weapons. This Bar is 10/10 and I will definitely be back later Good work Lotus keep it up

The first experience prior to going to the location, whoever was on the phone was rude. Yet, my friend and I decided to go because she already paid a reservation fee. My friend and I went on the 4th of July. We got there around 4:30pm. There was different information provided and what was discussed would not be taking place. Understandable things happen, my friend requested a refund. However, she could not be refunded. The host was nice enough to offer first rounds on her or a credit. Came here for a watch party and was honestly disappointed by the way the staff was managed. While a young woman was in the middle of taking a order, another employee, a woman with boho braids and a periwinkle athletic outfit, stopped her in front of customers to tell her she couldn’t take orders, and there was only one person behind the bar was she supposed to take the order ? I knew I should of left when I saw how ghetto this place was I brought two bottles of water because I DONT DRINK !!!!!!!!!!! and was charged a separate $100.00 fee clearly disputing
