0 stars from me. These “luxury” homes are a scam. Houses are horrible quality everything is broken and the houses were thrown up by people that aren’t qualified. The warranty program fixes everything but just try to check it off the list and move on to the next because I’ve had to have them come back multiple times to fix the same issues. They DO NOT care about the homeowners. You are just a commission and a mortgage in this community.
A month after moving in, and 2 months after pre-close inspection, we still have massively excessive humidity in our house. GL continues to not do anything to fix it. I cannot recommend this builder.
