A month after moving in, and 2 months after pre-close inspection, we still have massively excessive humidity in our house. GL continues to not do anything to fix it. Edit: 1 month later and the high humidity levels are still not resolved. They come and mess with the thermostat but really don’t do anything to actually resolve the issue. Another item - mold on the attic/roof trusses. GL refuses to remediate this. We have also been replacing light fixtures. One didn’t even have the ground wired properly. Beautiful community. Excellent looking landscaping. Really nice material compared to previous GL communities. The zoysia grass is nice and it looks very good throughout the community. However, it is a high maintenance grass so itll be interesting to see how it holds up as the years go by: and when the original maintenance contract through GL expires! Regardless, its a beautiful community.
Really nice housing development just does not need semi end dumps in their delivering
