LOVE the purses I bought but customer was BELOW par!!!
Zero stars.. Two girls up front had severely BAD attitudes and were RUDE and unprofessional. One with short curly brown hair and another with long blond hair. We were from out of town and bought two dresses from them. There was absolutely NO reason for them to act the way they acted. We were friendly and polite with them the entire time we were shopping!! BEWARE: This store sells cheap, poorly made items and will not let you get an exchange or refund. I bought this purse, and when I finally decided to use it, the strap broke due to what appeared to be a faulty buckle. I went to the store to inquire about their policy on faulty items. I pointed to the exact bag I had purchased and explained that it had broken. The lady at the register said, "We’ve carried this bag for four years, and this has never happened."
