UPDATE: I appreciate the response, although it feels more like shifting the blame onto my natural nails rather than a sincere apology. I only came here because my regular technician was on vacation; she always uses straight tips, and my nails look perfect with them. When I saw the tips, I questioned them BEFORE she even glued them to my nails, specifically stating that I didn't like curved nails. It has been almost 9 months since I started to get my nails done here, every time they surprised me with their perfect works.
This was brought to me by my friend. Walked in for shellac refill was taken right away and the lady was super efficient and professional. She made me french manicure beautiful and the prices are extremely reasonable and quality is impeccable. Highly recommend this hidden gem for nails 💅 they also do pedicure and waxing. Very clean snd friendly staff. Will be coming again
