Lilly & her staff are very friendly. The salon is spotless. Mae was the technician who did my manicure She listened to my concerns regarding my nails. I was very happy with the outcome. I will return to this salon

UPDATE: I appreciate the response, although it feels more like shifting the blame onto my natural nails rather than a sincere apology. I only came here because my regular technician was on vacation; she always uses straight tips, and my nails look perfect with them. When I saw the tips, I questioned them BEFORE she even glued them to my nails, specifically stating that I didn't like curved nails.
