If I could put zero stars then I would do. My wife left a past review (Samantha Ogden) but this is my turn. Lottie like everyone else has said was brilliant at first when I first met her. Avoid. I put my complete trust in Lottie for her to try and sell me a dress that was too small. The dress she ordered for me arrived and was no bigger than the sample I had tried. Communication was terrible, I received email bounce backs and she cancelled appointments the day of while we were trying to sort it.

I purchased a wedding dress and two bridesmaid dresses from Lottie in February 2024. A few months later, I was informed that alterations were no longer being offered, which added significant stress as I had to find a new seamstress. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but i feel like this one is necessary to inform other brides of the disappointment they may feel after going to Lottie’s. I bought my wedding dress from a different wedding shop and fell in love with it. However i quickly realised i would feel better with sleeves and a few ‘add ons’. I messaged Lottie ok facebook and asked if it was something she could do. She was happy to help so i took my dress in to her a week or so later.
