After jumping through the five steps on the telephone that you need to I reached the Ohio lottery commission's customer service Department . I had a problem to report:that their machine located in the Giant eagle on 117th in Cleveland does not accept bet cards. Even though the machine has printed right on it to do the kicker, you use a bet card. I was doing them the courtesy of reporting a problem with one of their machines. The Ohio lottery is the worst lottery ever and they do t respond to yur concerns I have lost money never refunded to me and now I purchased item on rewards account and no one responds I guess I will be boycotting the lottery and they my friends to do the same
RUDE!!!! I will never participate in the Ohio lottery games of any type ever again. I called the office in Cleveland... customer service call center... because I had a good idea for a scratch off. When some guy answered I told him just that without saying my idea and his exact words were "we don't accept solicitations" and click...hung up on me. I have played the $30 Monopoly tickets and one $ 10,000. I have played all big money tickets and one $500 and up. But as I play these merry holiday tickets supposed to be a 75% payout I bet I've spent $1,000 since they've came out and I've hit $50 one time the rest have been $20 winners this is such a scam they make you think you're going to win money for Christmas only to take your money right before the holidays.
