Unprofessional and poor communication. Would not recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. We booked 6 months early and paid extra for a bay view for a birthday trip. We received a message in the morning saying they were looking forward to having us, we paid for transport to the hotel, arrived at the hotel to check in and a manager presented us with this unprofessional letter - with no explanation, said they could not let us stay. This review is for hotel manager Alex Dale who refuses to call me or my husband back after multiple calls, voicemails left and him personally talking to my husband after said incident below, explaining this would be taken care of . My husband and I stayed at Lotte on August 7. We got up to leave at 4 am on August 8 and called our car via valet, my husband checked out of the hotel, we went to the lobby to wait.
