The Lotte Hotel is gorgeous and the staff are lovely. There were some snafus this previous weekend with Seattle being extremely popular and ultra busy. Thank you Alexander and Kara for being gracious hostesses and taking measures to accommodate for the overbearing circumstances. It means a lot. A true test of of great hospitality is how you handle the hard situations, and you did great 🙏🏼
Stayed back in February but forgot to leave a review. Our stay was absolutely amazing and every single staff we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I wanted to give a special shout out to Arthur, I think he was a concierge. He gave so many helpful recommendations and you can tell how passionate he is about what he does. I look forward to my next stay and hopefully will see Arthur again.
This is a five start hotel no question👍 The location the room the food and service impeccable. So friendly and accommodating.
