If you are in need of some type of rehab to help improve your life, maybe before an accident happened, or after a surgery or even a fall, Lott's is the place you need to help you with the correct kind of therapy needed to help you feel like your old self again or even better. The Doctors and Phyical Therapist are extremely helpful and wonderful and they listen to what you need and follow through with your treatment. The fitness center is a Great place to continue your workouts at your own pace.
I like the environment. I go around midnight so there's not many people there but everyone seems nice. I wish they had more options in the iron section. It seems a little cramped over there but it's still good. The only complaint I have is not having more boxing equipment/boxing programs. Other than that, it's a solid gym and I recommend it over Planet Fitness and Anytime. Yeah, they may be cheaper, but the staff and environment there is WAY better than any other gym in town. Hands down.
I have been having physical therapy at Lotts since my shoulder surgery. I love the employees and doctors there.
Great facilities, friendly staff. Would highly recommend
