I have been living here since 1994 never been the worst I’ve been asking for lease and I am still waiting for it Super we have no good the building looks disgusting especially at this time with this Pandemic always paying my rent on time but when I need something it’s never done don’t get me wrong I love my apartment but if I don’t take care of it you guys don’t where is my lease
Affordable housing organization in NYC that works out of East Harlem. Many of their buildings house low income seniors and are a mix of new and old construction. Great to see beautifully restored historic buildings being enjoyed by those in need of low income housing. They also do supportive and homeless transitioning housing. Awesome org!
Never stayed here, but staff is friendly and people I talk to say it is clean and a nice safe place.
