Richard, the marketing lead, is very easy to communicate with and explain our project goals. He was patient and understood exactly what was needed for our fence project, our drain project, and sidewalk project. Our wood fence and French drains were installed on correctly and with very high quality materials. The workers were respectful of cleaning up after themselves and put the sod and dirt back in the yard after the job. It rained last night and the drain worked correctly. One side of my fence and a gate needed to be replaced and Lotsa were great. Sean and his crew were here right on time and were done before I knew it. They even helped me out with a couple of projects I had been waiting to do!
Sean and his team exemplified quality craftsmanship and professionalism. Our fence turned out better than we expected given the landscape they had to deal with. High grade lumber and attention to detail assure our fence will continue to look stunning for years.
I don't respond to requests for customer satisfaction requests. This one is an exception. Lotsa Fence was nothing short of phenomenal from the estimate visit through installing a beautiful fence. The owner's pre-start of work through his post completion inspection to ensure his team did a great job was unique to me and appreciated.
