Had Bad experience with these people. My logbook went missing also. I got accused of harassing them because of a negative review. This is after they rang me twice to l harass me about my negative review. I am the one being harassed and I had to warn them against harassing me otherwise I would be contacting the police. I was so happy with the workmanship that was carried out on my car at Lotto’s autos I call up at 3 o’clock saying my radiator was busting and stressing out. He told me to bring the car in the afternoon. He replaced radiator with a new one by 7:40 He had my car back on the road and back at work. I have not had any issues. The workmanship was at its 100% Not only did he fix my car he stayed back late to do so instead of going home to his family so much appreciate that.
