Dr. Lotkowski is a great doctor and gives thorough answers...that is when you can actually get a message through or book an appointment. I understand when days are busy, but when you call for a same day appointment the answer should either be 'yes we can see you today' or 'I'm sorry there are no openings, but he can see you on such date'. Even to see another provider there you apparently need his approval. Office Staff is hit or miss in terms of attitude.

Dr Jason is very caring, thorough and easy to discuss issues with.
Jason is a good doctor but his office staff hurt him. 8 out of 10 times they mess things up and most of the time are rude when its pointed out. A patient should not have a 10 am apt, get there at 9:45, be put in a patient room at 10:30, only to wait another 30-45 min. All with no explanation, apology for wasted time, nothing. It is a recurring patter and is unacceptable.
Dr Lotkowski is nice, but the folks who answer phones and schedule appts. Are very rude. They lack courtesy, patience and a professionalism
Doctor Lotkowski is fantastic! He is very friendly and professional. I trust him immensely with not only my health but my wife's. I highly recommend Dr Lotkowski to everyone looking for a doctor in the Swedesboro NJ area.
