I wish I could give 0 stars! I booked and paid $100 for a full face wax and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The staff came across as unfriendly, and the technician complained how busy her day had been. The treatment felt rushed and was quite rough, with the appointment lasting approximately 10 minutes. Very disappointing. The service which was provided was not what I asked for. I approached the salon to rectify the issue and they did nothing at all, did not respond to messages either. Will not be going back.
I have been a customer of Lotik in Malvern Central for 10+ years. I will never return after my last experience. I went in for eyebrow threading and asked for the beauty technician to just do a routine 'clean up'. When she showed me the result at the end, I could see that a large chunk of one of my inner eyebrows had been threaded off - so my eyebrows were completely uneven. Came for an eyebrow wax & left disappointed. Explained to the lady before i do not want threading, to which she began to do in the middle of the appointment without consent because “my hairs are too short” After 5 minutes, it was done. No tweezers were used which i feel is quite customary with any eyebrow wax routine. I had to wipe away the hairs she left all over my face & remove the wax from my hair which i’ll have to wash out. Would not recommend.
I go to Hawksburn to see Raha, do her magic. Raha, owner Lotik, and clinician in her field , is the nicest , most generous of self , skilled eyebrow, lips,anything you need done she will do! I Love the whole experience. So professional ,and I always feel younger, and confident when I leave. Malvern Central, I get threading, equally great experience and so professional . Well done Raha and staff.👏👏👏
