LOTI contracting did a renovation earlier this year, and we had a fantastic experience. Ronan spent an hour reviewing our house for a quote before we even signed him on. His quote was thorough and competitively priced. He has a designer available that’s included in your rate. We also used his architect, but you can use your own if preferred. I love my new basement. Ronan and his team did a wonderful job. I couldn’t stand my old, uncomfortable basement any longer, with a very impractical laundry, and I’m glad I reached out to Loti Contracting. The crew always left everything clean, and they were very nice people to chit chat with. Highly recommend for the professionalism, care and quality of their work.
Ronan and his crew at LOTI did a fantastic job installing our new kitchen floor. They also did our son and daughter-in-law's kitchen, with beautiful results. Local, responsive, solution-oriented. We are hiring them to do basement work shortly. Highly recommend.
