We have used Lothorian for a number of years, including opening, closing, biweekly maintenance and renovation. All of the people we deal with have been professional, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. Our most recent experience was cracked coping which had been installed a couple of years ago. Even though it had been a couple of years since it was installed, Brian McCarty was able to locate the coping and have it installed for us. Looks like new. Great not good quality. Experienced customer and Technical Service. I have been suffering for TWO years! They seem to be coming to my rescue!
We had Lothorian build our pool while we were constructing our new home. From the discussion of what we wanted, to the designs of options available, they were a pleasure to work with. They worked with the builder to time the different phases of completion so we were using the pool a month after moving in. They have followed up on every item we have asked about and the summer maintenance program and winter blanket programs are fantastic. Our pool tech, Tommy Thompson, is AWESOME! He goes above and beyond.
