Lothorian Pools built our pool about seven years ago. The entire process went extremely well. Since then Corey, Cindi, Brian and Terri have kept the pool in top condition. They are in constant contact and I have never had a single problem that hasn’t been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will use them as long as I have a pool! Remember…you get what you pay for. I once heard, “pools are great but pool companies are not.” Lothorian is the opposite of that statement!
Based on the reviews, we should have redone our pool two years ago… I don’t know what changes the business has been through recently but they are most lacking in integrity. Lothorian recently replaced the hardscape and coping around our pool. In the beginning, it looked good; however, the contract wasn’t finalized until the patio was power washed. Reckless, dangerous driving. Several complaints from multiple people in the community and nothing has been done.
These people don’t know how to drive!!!! Cutting off everyone on road. Do not hire!
