I was behind on my taxes, about 7 years. This company did a excellent job for me. I say they have a basic charge to go over your basic information and understand your situation. Up front charge. Non refundable. But if your in a bad situation. They can get you out of it. Very professional. Easy to talk to. I was skeptical at first, but now that everything is done and Im even.
