Excellent tax service with friendly professional and helpful staff! Lothamer is a pleasure to do business with.
Communication was not the greatest. They were quick to charge me for being late to send documents and on top of that when everything was supposedly said and done, I got charged again for final fees!! I feel like they just make up fees and will tell you to pay it.
