I recently had an appointment with Dr. Lotfi and I was thoroughly impressed. He was incredibly attentive, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. His examination was thorough and this was the most time a doctor has ever spent with me. I felt genuinely cared for and well-informed throughout the entire visit.

Dr. Lotfi is a nice guy, but he's completely unaccessible for even the most basic of things. Filling out a form or getting a prescription renewed apparently requires an appointment. He refuses to talk to anyone or do anything if he's not getting paid for a visit.
