Today’s visit was amazing. My mom and I was greeting by, Ms. Zoey at the front desk. Zoey was polite and greeted us with professionalism and a beautiful smile . Followed after that Ms. Shakara checked my mom in and also made us feel welcomed. My mom was very comfortable with Ms. Shakara taking her vitals and answering questions. Mr. Michael is the best. He was very informational about my mom’s health and exemplified the best of professionalism and support to my mom. Thanks KDS for the services provided to my mom today.
Dr Lotfi is truly one of the best! Patient,compassionate, caring and on top of his game. He listens, doesn’t rush you out the door and goes over everything thoroughly. Switching over to him for my kidney disease management was the best decision I could have made. He is my Angel. His NP Karen is also very sweet and knowledgeable. Can’t say anything bad about Dr Lotfi and his staff is great as well professional, thorough and great customer care and overall service, great group hands down 10 stars!
Been going here for a few years now… and they’re awesome. The practice manager will bend over backwards to make sure you’re comfortable and take away all stress from you. She’s the best. Dr. Lotfi is very thorough, attentive, and patient.
