Do not trust Dr Lotay. He lied and did **HARM** to my body. I initially had my root canal removed in Austin Texas. I moved to Canada to be near my husbands family, and came to Dr Lotay for my implant. My Austin Dr was amazing and intentional. She did blood work to find what was most compatible for my body as I have auto immune disease. The results showed I am *highly* sensitive to titanium. Dr. Lotay and back end staff seem really nice. Front counter receptionist is very passive aggressive and obtuse, both on the phone and in person. Thought it may have been a bad day a few weeks ago on the phone, but recently in person it was more of the same. Kind of a holier than thou attitude.

I never thought a tooth extraction/bone graft/implant could go so smoothly. Dr. Lotay did an excellent job, and his support staff, including receptionist Diane and assistant Chie, were incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Dr. Lotay for all your dental surgery needs.
