Parkers Beware!! This lot is horrendous on a good day. I prebooked Parking months in advance. To be told by the Rude parking lot attendant that the lot was full as I could count a minimum of 5 parking spots from the road. Even after attempting to explain that I prebooked parking and saw open spots he refused to let me in. To only walk past later (less than 5 minutes) to see other vehicles parking in the lot. Absolutely terrible experience. My SpotHero pass would not let me exit, nor the person behind me. We kept switching places to see if one of us would be able to get the exit to open. No employees anywhere to be found that could help. Assistance button did not work, there was a note saying to call instead. Called ProPark’s Boston office listed on their website, and the agent I spoke to would not help me. Prebooked parking for the weekend and when I arrived the lot was full. Totally unreliable.
My group's experience with this lot was terrible and I do not recommend it. We had booked parking for three days for about 100 dollars, and admittedly there were no problems on the first day, other than maybe the scanner and the gate having a little trouble, but we were able to get in and out of the lot just fine. On the second day however, we arrived at the lot and the gate was covered up so our car couldnt even get through.
