I wouldn't park here if I didn't get discounted parking for work. I've frequently had to call for support because their gate meters sometimes don't work. So roll the dice on whether you want to park here and have difficulty entering and exiting for a comparable expense to other lots in the area.

Don’t try to reserve a spot here! Lot was full despite having made a reservation days ago. At least I got a refund from SpotHero.

The valet had a low-speed impact with another vehicle while parking my truck. The front bumper was damaged. The valet gave me a phone number for Ali Elhasany, the pro park manager, but Mr Elhasany is not returning calls to my insurer who has been trying to reach him for three weeks.

Since I was here last year, they changed pricing and changed the timing from per 24 hours to per calendar day. Arriving at 11pm? They'll still charge you $50. Quite the scam, so I decided to park at the hotel hosting my conference instead.
