Apartment was in wonderful shape upon move in. Maintenance is very fast and contacting the landlord to exchange concerns or questions is simple.

Newly took over the building i had been renting for 6 months, Ive been here a year now. They have scheduled tons of improvements, many already completed. They are quick to respons when there is an issue, and will take care of things in a timely fashion. Over all I believe they are a good maintenance/property managers and would reccomend them to other landlords!
As a current tenant of a Lot 202 property, I have been very pleased with their business etiquette. Communication is clear, concise, and respectful. Though there haven't been any major issues, the minor one was taken care of almost instantly. Not only would I recommend them, but were I to move again, I'd seek their properties out.
I'm very happy with the dedication and promptness of everyone at Lot 202 responding to any issues we send their way. Tenants are happy and we can sleep soundly. I definitely recommend them.
