She has taken her time with me. and Has helped my so much more then I got at my Primary doctor.. I highly reccomend Dr. Potter..

Dr. Torres- Potter, is an excellent clinician. She listen, cares, shows compassion, is very helpful, heartfelt, honest, professional, and she knows what she is talking about. She always gives me great input and makes sure I get the medication I need to manage my diabetes as much as possible with my other complex medical conditions. Her nurses are excellent and are really good about calling back. They are caring and very helpful. If the insurance needs a pre- authorization they and Dr. Torres- Potter make sure it gets done. So very upset about the care I am receiving. All I did was ask why she was continuing care that I was already receiving but wasn't working and that was the reason I was referred to her, to find alternate methods. Instead, because of me questioning that and asking why we aren't trying other ways I was dismissed as a patient. After my 1st visit I thought I had found a Dr who finally was listening and was concerned, guess I was wrong. I'm very upset over this and hurt. I call to talk to them and of course no phone calls back.
