Dr. Torrez-Potter has always been very nice and courteous to me. Her nurses are also very friendly. She has been very helpful in helping me with my thyroid issues.
I feel Dr Torres Potter is very through and takes the time with you to explain test results and try’s to resolve issues. Very personable !!
She did nothing for me. She claimed to believe I had issues but couldn’t pinpoint them. My mother and I were present, and she kept leaving the room. Then she left without explanation, making my mother wonder if she would come back. Are we done now? She was unhelpful, lacked good communication skills, and the experience left me in pain with no answers. She also ordered blood tests and stopped medications prescribed by my family doctor that had been helpful for a long time, without ever restoring them. It was a terrible experi... read more
Doctor Torres Potter and Sarah Karpuk are great and so are the nurses but their front staff is rude and unhelpful.
She has always been very respectful and takes her time explaining everything to me and really has helped my diabetic problems
