Doctor Torres Potter and Sarah Karpuk are great and so are the nurses but their front staff is rude and unhelpful.

She has always been very respectful and takes her time explaining everything to me and really has helped my diabetic problems

She did nothing for me. Said she believed I had issues and could not pinpoint it. My mother and I were there together and she kept going in and out of the room. Then, just left leaving my mother asking if she was coming back? Are we done now? She was not helpful and did not have good communication skills and the experience left me in pain with no answers. She also wanted blood draws and took me off of medications my family doctor put me on that were helping for an extended period and never reinstated them. It was a horrible ... read more

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the unprofessional conduct of the receptionist at your endocrinology clinic, which I believe led to the unjust termination of both myself and my sister as patients. For the past two years, I’ve received B12 shots at the clinic by calling ahead a simple and effective process that never required a formal appointment.
