I’ve been coming to this location for approximately two years and have loved it. Never had an issue until recently. Any previous visit I had always been able to enter the gate to simply watch my toddler children closely while they were playing. This particular visit on 3/29/24 I was denied access to be able to watch my kids and told after paying over 100$ for passes that I’d have to pay for a pass for me even though I’m currently 9months pregnant and made it very clear that I would not be engaging in the activities. Great place to take the kids. They even have things for teenagers and adults. Good food and a big menu. The kids had so much fun. Read some reviews and on our first visit saw someone complaining about having to buy their socks. We did not care that we had to buy the socks, they were only $3.95 a pair and we felt really sorry for the employee that had to deal with the very rude guest that was too cheap to buy the socks. I had my daughter birthday party at Lost World Adventure located in Henderson. Staffs are just looking at kids and no help while crying at the play area for help. Staffs could have been better trained to deal with kids rather than kick them out. It ends up some kids crying. I felt so sorry and bad as a host. I wanted to get hold of person in charge, supervisor, regional director to improve staff training and he never put himself in customers and didn’t even apologized a word and hung up the call. Your review you wrote on paper said that you were very happy but because your party was over and 15 minutes after your play time ended one of the kids could not enter a play area because their time expired and they started to cry. The employee that talked to the little girl was very nice to her and the only reason she started to cry was because her time to play had ended and you did not want to pay for more play time.
