Such a minor incident (lighting not properly functioning in bedroom) and it was fixed within a few hours. Very impressed
Please be aware before moving here , they are NOT HONEST about monthly fees . Trash alone monthly is 52.69. Which half the time is not picked up. Slowly but surely each month each amount is higher than the last , not sure what type of calculation is being used but it needs to be looked into then explained to tenants before move in correct monthly costs to expect. Now that I am fully moved out and settled in my wonderful new home, I feel confident to express my personal experience with this property. The staff at this complex is horrible. Worst customer service experience ever. And don’t expect them to care unless it’s their Starbucks run. Heather, is a master manipulator and a liar. If you choose this complex, expect extra fees and charges on your monthly statement. And the dark haired finance lady, I forgot her name, will fine you for every little thing.
