Always handles my maintenance request in a timely manner
I placed the order, and three days later they came to change the filter. We need more action—fast.
Such a minor incident (lighting not properly functioning in bedroom) and it was fixed within a few hours. Very impressed
Please be aware before moving here , they are NOT HONEST about monthly fees . Trash alone monthly is 52.69. Which half the time is not picked up. Slowly but surely each month each amount is higher than the last , not sure what type of calculation is being used but it needs to be looked into then explained to tenants before move in correct monthly costs to expect.
