I had a drawer get fixed when I moved in March. I stopped by the office in May and sent an email in July regarding the drawer and no response as well as no drawer. It don’t take 5 months to fix a drawer. I would like a drawer in my kitchen. The dumpster stay full with trash in it and around it. I can’t even through my trash away on the weekend.
I waited six months to write this review because this experience was incredibly difficult to revisit. Throughout my lease (2025-2026) in building 2, I experienced ongoing issues that were not properly resolved. My apartment had issues with mold, poor HVAC performance, ice forming on the inside of my windows during the winter, which raised serious concerns about the condition of the unit. We moved in this past weekend and Love the area and our new unit! Smooth move in process from the office and the maintenance team did an over the top job on our unit! Looking forward to many years here!
