So me n a buddy took a set of carbs in there to have a main jet extracted .... I had already cleaned the carbs and all the jets up to this last jet that the head had broke off .... He said he would have to charge me $189 to get it out .... Witch I thought was already unreasonable but 4 days later he calls me with a bill of wat he said he normally would charge $580 but he only charged me $375 ..... TLDR; My bike was unsafe to ride when I got it back, but at least they're nice folks. The longer my bike has been out of their shop, the more problems I find with it. Had I known how many issues I would find, I would have photographed & documented them all rigorously and come with proof of my claims, but alas, I did not. Let's suffice to say that there were NUMEROUS SAFETY ISSUES with my bike ( the rear brake caliper AND my left footpeg/shifter both fell off within 5 miles of the shop, front forks were only clamped into the ... read more
Very knowledgeable and helpful
On a road trip and had a problem with my bike. Bear happened to be in the shop on the Sunday of the Labor Day weekend and stopped what he was doing to get us back on the road. Thanks Bear!
