Dont go here for a medical card unless you have perfect health. I have high blood pressure and have been seen here for years. The new DOT examiner there refused to give me a medical card because my blood presure was over 160/ 100 which is high. Normally youd be issued a reduced time dot card so they can get you on better meds or make a change and then come back for check ups but you still get a card.
