I didn't originally want to post this because the people who helped me were so kind, but I can't recommend this service center EVER. I took my vehicle in several times and after it started making strange ticking noises the day after I brought it right back to them. They said nothing was wrong with it and I went back home. The next day I found large oil spots all over my garage and up and down the driveway. When I called them they took a look at it and then told me that it was "condensation". Our hybrid battery went out and we were stranded in Paige, TX. We were able to get to Lost Pines Toyota and they were very kind and helpful. They worked with us to get our car to them and took care of us. Special thanks to Joe, T, Priscilla and Patty!
