Visited for a facial with Jennifer yesterday. Overall the experience was quite lovely, relaxing, and refreshing. My skin was hydrated and glowing afterwards. Unfortunately, there were a few glitches. It wasn't clear where to park so I have quite the walk in 102 degrees, the swimming pool has no shade so I was not able to dip in, and when leaving, the validation for parking did not work at the gate. The Lost Pines Spa was an overall positive experience. The couples massages were wonderful and relaxing. The environment of the massage room was nice. The separate men’s and women’s wet areas were very nice with showers, steam sauna, dry sauna, and outdoor covered hot tub. There was also an outdoor hot tub and pool for both sexes to share. I paid for a extra 15 minutes for a head massage . I didn't get the head massage . My time was short changed . The massage was way too expensive for them to do that . I asked the therapist about it afterwards and she just lied . I would not recommend.
Great stay, we had problems with the fishing which isn't part of lost pines and they made sure it was taken care of. The guide didn't want be there, the gear is literally a $12 pole and a $10 tackle box w half stuff missing. Half the poles were headaches. But again the hotel staff and management were great and on top of it.. Even though fishing was the main reason for stay for sons birthday w another spot close staff and management made it great.
