I took my car to Lost Pine for my inspection on a Tuesday around 1:30 p.m. I waited for about 5 minutes before they took my car back to the stall. It wasn't long before Kollin ask me to come with him to see something. I thought ok now what, to my surprise he showed me my cabinet air filter and ask if it had been changed, I reply I think so. payed150.00 for car wash detail to go out of town .car was not cleaned like they told me it would be showed manger the car he said when we got back they would redo all services. took it back picked up car all they did is basic wash. complained about it again showed it to person . asked if i would like to speak to manger i said yes. manger would not talk to me asked me to leave their property. so what im saying they really dont care about how they treat people and just rip them off!!! so sad my family put a lot of money in ... read more

For being the only full service Carwash in bastrop you would think they would have more pride in there work. Service is super slow they don't do a good job and to top it off they have the nerve to ask you if you want to leave a tip. Bottom line wash your car yourself you'll do a better job.
