I was the field marshal to the veterans apperation parade for 12 Nov 22 in Elgin Texas. I was to represent the Honor Guard of Bastrop County, VFW Post 6115, and veterans all through the county. Was going to be a wonderful day of national pride and day of unity. However, instead of using the uniforms I purchased to be altered at lost pines. Terrible Customer Service I dropped off some curtains to be hemmed by the tailor and would not have bothered had I known Lost Pines Cleaners subcontracts the job. There is no in-house tailor. This would not usually seem like an issue, but Lost Pines takes NO responsibility for the tailor services. In fact, they use the subcontracted tailor service as an excuse for terrible customer service.
