RecommendedI bought some needlepoint hollies yesterday. Lost Mountain Nursery installed them for me today. Very professional! The used soil conditioner, fertilizer and even brought pine straw to cover the plants. Afterwards the man watered the shrubs and cleaned up after himself including using the blower to clean up any stray pine straw! Very pleased with their service!

Always the best plants and friendly service
As above comments stated, the woman who either owns or manages this business, needs to improve her "people skills". I asked for some help to purchase 2 $40.00 gardenias and she acted like I was bothering her. Everytime I have interacted with her she has the same off putting attitude. I can see her staff are very embarrassed by her unfriendly attitude.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased $500 worth of trees and shrubs. After 4 months I wanted to exchange 1 tree and they said their return policy was 3 months and tough luck. Made no attempt to work something out in any respect. Plenty of places out there that have good customer service and reasonable return policies. I would strongly recommend shopping somewhere else.
