Jana was an amazing server tonight. Stopped in for a hot dog and a beer prior to the Adam Thielen charity softball tournament. It was the calmest coziest place. The food and the affordability definitely makes us want to come back.

I would not recommend visiting late at night after a busy rush. Unfortunately, the employees came across as unfriendly, there was little to no greeting when entering, and the bartender seemed more focused on talking with a group at the bar than helping customers. We just moved here from Ohio and have tried a lot of different cafes/brunch spots, some expensive and worth it, some overpriced and NOT worth it… here the price is definitely more than fair for what you get and it definitely passes the vibe check entirely. If you’re looking for somewhere new honestly just skip the pricier places nearby and come here I promise you won’t regret it!! Bonus- they sell art done by local artists!

Once saw the owner of this place yelling at an unhoused man in the alley saying “all of the bread in this dumpster is my property.” I googled it, and that’s just not true. Unnecessarily aggressive and wrong? Put me off this place more than the subpar food and high prices ever could.

Great service, delicious food, and a really welcoming, inclusive, open and hipster-encouraging atmosphere. For example, I went here for a networking meeting for legal work one day and a family brunch with my wife and infant child another day. Great times!
