BEWARE this resort has terrible roads, the picnic tables are all falling apart, tree limbs are not cut and will drag along your camper on the way in to your site, weed eating is needed everywhere. But the worst part is a horrible person running things named Christine. All the members I spoke to this year said they had to pretend to like her or she would retaliate against them. This place is a joke! Needs new management in a big way! I am definitely not renewing my membership for next year!
Been a member a few years . Lot 76 Teresa Crumb and William Crumb. For the money. One would think the picnic branches at the lakes would be up keeped. Legs are broke, grand kids get sprinters, and or there are none to use. Pretty on the surface doesn't mean the little things are taken care of.
Such a gorgeous location to host events! We have attended a few events there this summer, and the combination of great live music, friendly customer service and the beautiful views makes this a perfect location to relax and enjoy.
Been a member for a few years now. One of the best kept secrets in Colorado.
I think it's mainly a wedding venue, but I went for a line dancing event. the property and the building are absolutely beautiful. we had a great time and are going back again Friday!
