Horrible experience, it feels like a very toxic environment even though they claim to be “positive” I don’t recommend… they seem to cater to their own group of people.. go anywhere else lol
Awesome class!
I have been going to LOST for a month now and I absolutely love it! I get excited for every class and I am always looking forward to my next one. It has made me fall in love with fitness and myself again. All the instructors are fantastic and they make you feel so welcome and empowered. I have been struggling to find something I love for a really long time and I finally found it. Works outs + dark lighting + good music....what else could you ask for?! Grateful for this place and all it has to offer! Would recommend to anyone... read more
