The absolute best spin studio. All the instructors are amazing and make you feel so welcome and comfortable! Cannot recommend Lost enough!
Lost cycle is the best!!! I was never a gym person but I actually love coming here to workout since it’s so fun and there’s such a sense of community
I’ve been going here for years, and it is truly my favourite workout place I’ve ever joined. You feel welcomed and supported the moment you walk in. “We are stronger together” isn’t just something the instructors say, but it’s something you genuinely experience in this community. I would recommend Lost to anyone looking to join a workout community, even if you’re feeling nervous!
