Lost Cycle is hands down one of the best workout experiences I’ve ever had. It’s an hour of intense cycling in the dark with nonstop EDM beats—feels like a mini rave on a bike every time. I’m just two classes away from hitting my 100-class milestone, and I’ve loved every second of it. Courtney and the entire team of instructors are incredible. Great place and great people!
Lost Cycle is great! I’ve been going to Lost since 2019 and really enjoy it. The staff that greet you are all very welcoming and helpful in getting you set up for the class. Each class has a good variety of intensity, music and style. The instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive. Lost also supports non-profit organizations or causes in London community through their Karma ride program and challenge cards. I would highly recommend Lost Cycle.
