I have been going to LOST for a month now and I absolutely love it! I get excited for every class and I am always looking forward to my next one. It has made me fall in love with fitness and myself again. All the instructors are fantastic and they make you feel so welcome and empowered. I have been struggling to find something I love for a really long time and I finally found it. Works outs + dark lighting + good music....what else could you ask for?! All I can say is WOW! Such an amazing experience. Everyone was very friendly especially Courtney (the owner). Had a great time!
Overall a pretty good studio. However I have never ever go to a spin studio where the teacher gets off the bike to sit on the floor, walk the row and flip their hair. I have taken 10 classes and each instructor gets off the bike. The instructors barely que for proper form (engaging one’s core) additionally i have tried to call this studio 5 times and have gotten no response. The music is also not what someone would expect for a spin class
Such a fun workout experience. Nothing like a spin class with the music blasting and nearly in the dark. The classes are always high energy and the endorphins are pumping well after.
