Always lacked common maintenance items for the most common Suzuki bike, that hasn't changed in decades.
This shop is just down the road from the 'good shop'. I have had terrible experiences with the maintenance department. They can never seem to find the time to service my bikes in the time frame I need. They just have never made me feel like they are there to serve. The sales staff is super friendly and the old guy is great. I've had my eye on a adventuring ktm, the problem is I would have to take it down the road for service because the service department is too busy and too rude to impress.
