I just so happened to get tattooed at another shop by a highly esteemed tattoo artist. But I decided to come into the salt lake lost art last night. That shop is so rad! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I also didn't feel intimidate like I do at the other shop I go to. I couldn't believe how different this shop felt from the other shop I normally go to. I got tattooed by Nate Drew and it is far better than my other tattoos. It was even a fun experience with all the other artists. I am so glad I walked into this shop last ni... read more

Got my first tattoos here guy was very rude, and made me feel awkward during the entire time I was there. He never said a word to me other than telling me the price. When I told the owner how and why I did not feel comfortable in his shop he got super butt hurt and pretty much cried in front of me. NOT RECCOMENDED!

Jerry was such a jerk. I made an appointment to go talk to him and I was asking a lot of questions, one of which was "are you familiar with flowers"? He then very irritated with me said "Are you talking down to me? I'm a tattoo artist"! Sooorrrryyy! I just want someone who knows exactly what they are doing, and can give me exactly what I want!!! I mean I am the one who has to live with it the rest of MY life. Never going back there!!!!!!!

I got my first tattoo here, it was on my 18th birthday & I was so excited to finally get a tattoo! The people were super nice & all wished me a happy b-day. The guy who did my tattoo helped me out & made me calm. I had a small tattoo on my foot which turned out to be $100....later on I found out that some people that had the same size & more complicated tattoos spent $50-70. Maybe it had to do with being in the middle of downtown & having big rent bills, I'm not sure. But I'm not going back there.

Great Tattoo Place! – I got my first tattoo recently at Lost Art, and they were super friendly & didn't mind answering all my questions. The shop was very clean, they had good music, and the artists were all very talented. If you are looking for a good tattoo shop, this is your place! I was overall VERY impressed. Just keep in mind they aren't open Sunday OR Monday.
