Never tasted the food because they are never open when they’re supposed to be. Second time attempting to try it; hours in the door say 11-7 and they say they’re open on google so I drove 26 minutes for no reason again. Won’t be a 3rd.
The catfish Po Boy sandwich was the best I've had in the Chicago land...I hope you guys open back up soon
First thing first, the food is GREAT! If that's all you care about, stop reading. When I walked in, I was confused. There's a rope across that prevents you from walking any further, where the tables and a bar are. I had no idea what the people sitting at the table on the other side of the rope were doing, they were just talking but had no food. I’m not sure what think…. I too drove out my way due to good rating. It’s 6:20 they are close sign off online and when you call clearly says they close at 7…… I never got the opportunity to try this 5star out here in Gary!!
