We had a great experience, the workers were pleasant from start to finish and their work is very detailed. They met every expectation from the structure, design and finished product. Andy Loschiavo Custom Decks is a great company to work with. They give you an honest and fair quote of what the job will take to get done and price the project for wood, which is lower cost, and in a higher quality composite product with aluminum rails. The work was done very well and we couldn't be happier with our deck upgrade!
Andy and his team did an excellent job constructing our deck. Even though it was a standard wood build, the deck had some structural challenges and could not be attached to the house. Because of this, we needed extra planning with a structural engineer's assistance. The final outcome is a beautiful, well-crafted addition to our home that will endure for many years! We can’t wait to enjoy this outdoor space.
