Ceviche was good from here when it was named El Rancho. If you are buying any ready or cooked food please ask for sample first. Went home tried the ceviche I purchased, had a couple tastes, too sour not a taste you can look past and still eat it. Tasted like I was chewing a lime peel. I put it in my fridge, A couple hours later found the container bloated with air. If you know signs of food starting to spoil, then you know what means.
