In town from Kansas City! Great place! Great food! Great environment! Hope to be back! Definitely recommend!
Stopped for lunch on our road trip. Convenient on and off highway with great parking for trucks/rvs/trailers. Service was outstanding and fast. Food was ok. Big portions and reasonably priced but very bland for our taste. No spice and no flavor. Red sauce tasted like tomato sauce. Ground beef taco meat was mushy. The pork green chili burrito had a lot of very tender big chunks of meat but almost no green chili and not much flavor. Salsa was mediocre at best.
Update: They’ve updated their menu with some really fun options! The Birria Ramen absolutely did not disappoint—great flavor, tasted like it had been simmered for days. And the Bloody Mary was delicious! Good food, great decor. Bar stools are way too short! And the tables are way too close to the bar and it’s awkward.
This is the best restaurant in Sheldon. Their salsa verde is the best I have had
